Fee Schedule

Any fees applicable to your Reset Card under this Agreement will be charged to your Reset Card as a Purchase at the time the fee is incurred. For fees incurred as a result of a Purchase, the fee will be incurred at the time of the Purchase.

At this time, the Reset card can only be used for purchases in the United States.

The first Reset Card issued to you is free. If your Reset Card is lost or destroyed, you will be charged a fee of $8 for a replacement. Expired Reset Cards will be replaced without a fee.

We currently do not charge any other fees for your use of the Reset Card.

We may also charge additional fees for separate services we provide you, in accordance with applicable law.
